We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer/ Principal Engineer ‐ Design , to join our Engineering team based in MMY Dahej . About the Job Design & detailing of Pressure vessels/Heat ‐ Exchangers/Tanks. Preparation of Design Calculation for Pressure vessels, tanks, Heat ‐ Exchangers, and other process equipment using software like PVElite and other software. Working Experience in Design & Knowledge of :

• Proficient in use of Industry Design Software viz. PV Elite, Compress etc.
• National Standards & Industry practices for Wind and Seismic Design of Tall Columns
• Local Stress Analysis for Nozzles & Supports.
• API Codes for Air Coolers, Exchanger & Tanks.
• TEMA for Shell & Tube Exchangers.

Prepare Material requisition/ material take ‐ off with TDC/ARM and release the same for procurement. Ensure Technical Compliance of the vendors and to issue the TBT.

• Ensure error ‐ free Plate Cutting Layouts/ Drawings/ Procedures.
• Provide inputs for the critical to quality items.
• Provide inputs to Estimation for ongoing proposals.
• Collaborate with Clients, Project Team, Procurement/Sourcing and
• Manufacturing/Operations towards compliant and timely execution of Work orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.

Must Have: ‐

• Good Knowledge of ASME BPVC Code/ TMEA.
• Good communication skill/ Inter ‐ Personal skills & be a good team player.
• Working knowledge in MS office, MS ‐ Project, Primavera, Internet, ERP system.
• Good Knowledge of Fabrication/Manufacturing processes of any of the following ‐ Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers
• Working Experience in Lead Engineer position managing a Team of Engineers and
• Draftsman. Working Experience in a Challenging Project environment under tight
• schedules.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 working procedures and maintain deliverables to face quality audits and Technical Audits.

About You

• BE/B.Tech with 08 ‐ 12 Years of Experience in similar industry
• Good Knowledge about Pressure vessel Design code ‐ ASME sec VIII, DIV.1/2,TEMA ,API etc. Hands ‐ On experience in AutoCAD software/ MS ‐ Excel.
• Knowledge of Fabrication/Manufacturing processes
• Good Team Player
• Good communication skill/ Inter ‐ Personal skills
