Position Summary: Briefly describe the primary purpose and function of this position. Senior Subject Matter Expert(Senior Android Architect) on Android System, Android Framework and Android security, who is responsible for the product development, Architecture for security products for Android system with quality and by following the engineering practices. The candidate should be a team player who should be able to code, do the peer code review, defect fixes wherever needed on the existing product and also takes the responsibility in porting the existing product to a new platform Supervisory Responsibilities: NA, SME, Individual Contributor, Handson Job Responsibilities: Handson Experience with embedded system, Android framework & Android system Developing high-level product specifications with attention to Android system integration and feasibility & as per AOSP process Able to contribute to Google AOSP & provide architectural approval to final product before launch Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards on Android system Practical knowledge in Android poermissions, Android Key store, Android strongbox etc Deep understanding & working knowledge of Android internals, SE-Linux, file system, operating system security, automotive security. Deep knowldege of Android CTS/VTS/STS A technical mindset with great attention to detail Deep understanding of strongbox and adaptation knowledge to different SOCs Knowledge in understanding on secure boot, Android Verified Boot, Encryption, Secure OS Services, Attestation Service, Sandboxing, Protection mechanism Experience on Network security and secure communication in android system Excellent understanding of \xe2\x80\x9cProgramming Model\xe2\x80\x9d of cryptography hardware, random number generators, key hashing, key wrapping, and certificate like X509 Deep understanding and provide soloution for generating x509 certificate according to CA and derived CA. Deep Understandingof using cryptography, secure key storage, key exchange methods, and trusted platform architectures Complete understanding of secure boot, secure kernel on any SoCs Working with SoC/IoC vendors , architect end-to-end security solutions based on a strong root-of-trust. Deep experience using OpenSSL, RSA, NSS crypto, PKI, PKCS, signing process, CA. Deep understanding on security requirements Deep understanding on internal of TLS , Key master, Key store etc. Basic Qualifications: B-Tech/BE/MS/M Tech with 12 years to 18 years of experience in embedded security system Hands on Android System Programming languages - C/C++ Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies: Can-do attitude with unwavering sense of urgency Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
