Experience

13-16 Years


  • Provide oversight to various Projects to assess overall impact on shared instance.
  • Plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
  • Develop proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
  • Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Participate in implementation as part of a project team.
  • Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops.
  • Provide direct reports ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
Required Technical Competencies

Customer Management:
  • Has in-depth understanding of customer business domain and technology suite.
  • Able to articulate and communicate effectively, convince the customer on the technical solution, approach and the estimates, demonstrate leadership skills and be the first point of contact for the customer, pro-actively suggest solutions which will lead to additional business.
Projects Documentation:
  • Has in-depth understanding of documentation involved in Project like FS etc.
  • Able to build documents, do document review for the team and gets Project documents Signed Off at regular stages.
Domain and Industry Knowledge:
  • Has in-depth understanding of customer\'s business processes, relevant technology platform or product and drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovations.
  • Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and apply industry standards and practices in implementation training/ guide the junior team members.
  • Create complex business models in line with customer requirements independently.
  • Analyze current-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SME and present recommendations with tangible benefits.
Functional Design:
  • Specialized knowledge of scope analysis and solution design processes, implementation & integration approaches, and methods.
  • Provide Building blocks that make up the solution for a given Business case and other alternate solutions.
  • Able to identify key business drivers and translate into building blocks of solution and translate use cases into state / flow / use case diagrams with appropriate tools.
  • Understand functional specification document, overall integrity of solution, behaviour of application and design a modular and flexible design that meets the business requirements.
  • Apply Industry standard and applicable integration approaches and methods (testing approaches etc.)
  • Update existing design specifications if needed and provide inputs for design of technical components.
  • Work in tandem with stakeholders in explaining the Solution approach.
  • Create solution options based on research of (current and future) system capabilities, standard processes, and high-performing companies
  • Coordinate/ create process playbacks and prototype reviews with business owners or internal review team and configure packaged and custom applications in realizing business solutions.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Able to extract functional and non-functional requirements from business requirements and document a system / software requirements specification for medium to complex scenarios.
  • Able to analyse the impact of change requested / enhancement / defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements and transition requirements for the engagement.
  • Prototype / design a prototype (independently) of an example system that can be demonstrated to stakeholders and identify modules impacted, features/functionalities impacted and arrive at high level estimates.
  • Able to develop traceability matrix for requirement management and conduct technology / business gap analysis, finding gaps, if any.
Test Management:
  • Able to create iteration, system integration test plan, develop integration test cases, verify system build and test environment.
  • Create business scenario test cases and/or create automation test scripts based on understanding of functionality requirements.
  • Conduct regression tests, impact analysis (when defect fix is made), analyse test results and carry out root cause analysis.
