Job Description

• This is a Technical Project Manager role with around 10 yrs exp. Candidate is expected to have sound knowledge of Oracle technologies. THIS IS NOT A PURE NON-TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER ROLE
• Candidate is expected to have a good exposure to Oracle Cloud Services \xe2\x80\x93 IaaS, PaaS (and SaaS is desirable) and On-prem products (like Oracle middleware, Database, DwH / Analytics, Infra, etc)
• Candidate should have handled multiple projects and should be good at multi-tasking
• Strong customer mngt experience with strong commn /presentation skills
• PMP certification is strongly desired
• Should be good at numbers to track financials / Revenue / Cost / Margin / Utilization, etc
• Should be able to farm accounts and find additional business from existing accounts
  

• You will lead the proposal preparation, review the project estimations, and capture inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys suitably in order to seal the deal.
• You will schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status regularly in order to manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

• Project Management fundamentals
• Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.
• Domain \xe2\x80\x93 Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality.
• Ability to perform project planning and scheduling manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
  

• Around 10 yrs of experience in Oracle technologies (not APPS) \xe2\x80\x93 Database, OCI Infra, Fusion Middleware (SOA, IdM, Portal, Analytics)
• Need cloud exposure (OCI preferred). Need experience in managing Lift & Shift projects.
• Excellent communication and customer mngt skills
• Flair of selling so that the PM can also look for more selling opportunities in their accounts
