Job Description

Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Position Objective The Salesforce Developer will be involved in all development projects and enhancements to our existing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities and Force.com custom applications on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions with requirements provided by our business analysts and managing high level support tickets. The Salesforce Developer must be having a good knowledge of Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components and Javascript.
Major Opportunities and Decisions

• Development of Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Processes and Lightning Web Components (Javascript knowledge required).
• Customize Salesforce.com page layouts, fields, tabs, workflow, flows and approval processes
• Assist with bulk imports and exports of data
• Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets
• Resolution of technical support tickets in a timely manner
• Conducts training on use of applications developed

Dimension Other Dimensions (e.g. Manufacturing Sites, Costs, No. of Routes, etc.): 1. 1,000 system users and growing 2. 1 global Salesforce org across 3 operating companies plus BMSI 3. Platform includes solutions for both Agribusiness and F&I segments
Competencies/Skills: Customer Focus Continuous Improvement Building Relationships
Education and Experience Education:

• BA is computer science or business (or equivalent work experience)
• Salesforce.com certification(s) preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform
• Experience with Lightning Web Component and flows development
• Knowledge in Javascript Required
• Experience in Apex development (classes, triggers, methods, etc)
• Understanding of Force.com standard objects
• Proven ability to deliver technical solutions provided with requirements from business analysts
• Experience with SAP is a plus
