Position Summary: The Principal Architect specializing in product costing, sustainability, and compliance solutions is responsible for designing and implementing Digital solutions that enable an organization to develop and market products that are cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, finance, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Job Role: Job Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the Principal Architect specializing in product costing, sustainability, and compliance solutions include: Designing and implementing Digital solutions that enable the organization to accurately cost and price products, while also ensuring sustainability and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the organization\'s product development processes, Digital infrastructure, financial goals, and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with product development teams to ensure that product designs are cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. Conducting cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of product design decisions and identifying opportunities to reduce costs while also improving sustainability and compliance. Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that reduce the environmental impact of product development and marketing, while also ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations. Ensuring that product costing and pricing are transparent and compliant with relevant financial regulations. Monitoring and analyzing product costs and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize product profitability. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in sustainability, compliance, and cost management, and applying that knowledge to the organization\'s product development and marketing strategies. Basic Qualifications: A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. Several years of experience in IT architecture, product costing, sustainability, and compliance. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and software development methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions to business problems. A deep understanding of sustainability principles and practices, as well as regulatory compliance requirements in relevant areas such as product safety, labeling, and environmental protection. Experience with product costing and pricing tools and methodologies, and an understanding of financial regulations relevant to product costing and pricing. Preferred Qualifications: Cooperative attitude, character who likes to work with the international team Curious and open minded while developing and establishing solutions Thorough and diligent working with external support organizations on problem resolutions Agile and flexible in adopting and adapting new technologies Knowledge on Capability maturity model principles Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to travel 10% of the time Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test Willingness to work in a variable shift model to cover other timezones Willingness to work in an office in Bangalore / Pune, India.
