Key Areas of Focus

Strategy: Interpret, evaluate and interrelate data to develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

Cross-functional Role: Work with different teams in the Business, Ops and Product functions to drive adoption of products, processes and initiatives.

Data & Analytics: Use multiple tools (including but not limited to Excel, SQL) to understand data and communicate the financial and operational impact of existing systems and new initiatives.

Performance Reporting: Perform daily, weekly and monthly analysis of processes on key operational metrics. Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.

What skills do we look for?

• Prior Experience in Pricing and Contract Management , strong analytical background with command on MS-Excel. Knowledge of at least any one of SQL, Google Apps Script or Python would help (but not mandatory)
• Ideal candidate will be a role model on ownership, have a bias for action, and insist on the highest work standards & ethics
• Excellent knack for playing with numbers and ability to comprehend large data sets
• Ability to work under pressure with cross-functional team and cope with ambiguity
• Must have a detail oriented approach to problem solving with good presentation skills
• Willingness to lead and motivate a diverse and cross-functional team
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and their applications across industries is a plus
• Must have an analytical Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree (B.Tech. / B.E. / MBA) from a Tier-1, Tier-2 college in India with at least one year of full time work experience
