• Validate proposed price points against market and competitor benchmarks and customer\'s expectations.
• Pricing Framework of Bosch Rexroth India to secure overall Business objectives including growth in profitability.
• Price Positioning, Price Differentiation & Net Price Setting for market segment - Pricing corridors with customers & product differentiation with price bench marking.
• Develop and align \xe2\x80\x9cEmerging Market Price\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Aligning Prices with Global Prices; (work on stopping cross border sales)
• Support management with customer & product-wise price corridor, sales margin & margin monitoring.
• Develop market and competitor benchmarks to differentiate Company\'s solution design to drive enhanced value for the client and BR
• Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall price history as well as profitability of customer
• Other Pricing Analytics on price performance including Ahmedabad Plant Product price performance.
• Owner of PRIMA (tool to monitor sales margin) for India, generate meaningful information with price performance. Collaborate with Global team.
• Pricing Process: Simplify & Automate without manual intervention
• Harmonization of product class wise pricing process across all Business Units.
• Linking SAP, PRESIO, and all local Business level excel costing pages. Front end development as GSD2 or PRESIO.
• Manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions.
• Develop pricing approval feature within Tool (PRESIO) with Authority matrix
• Other Defined Pricing tasks.
• ETO scenario pricing, especially LT, AE area out of SAP/PRESIO
• Price training to Sales
• Local List Price release
• Local List Price architecture improvement
• Monitoring PCR, MCS etc.
• Support in Authority Matrix, if required.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master in Engineering/ C.A. w. MBA (preferred). 8-10Years as Price Analyst or Price Manager. Experience is negotiable for a right candidate.

Preferred Skill sets :

• Certified BA/ BI expert
• Deep understanding of Price Management of high-tech customized & Automation engineering product pricing in B2B environment
• Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation as well as ensure to take pricing actions to enhance profitability
• Ability to simulate market-based segmentation on Product and its price
• High level of analytical and functional pricing knowledge with capability to foresee risks.
• Ability to design & implement change management
• Knowledge of SW Project Management
• Maintains a close connect with the market & customers builds meaningful insights
• To have inter-personal skills to liason with internal Team and Global Organizations
• Overview on Pricing Legality in India.
• Digital Proficiency & Strong Data Analysis skill
• Attracts, develops, and retains talents; team building
