Job Description

1. Work with new and existing customers to identify their existing infrastructure, requirements/problem areas so as to determine the correct product, technical specifications/solutions and bill of material to be pitched as per the customers requirements. 2. Analyzing, designing and developing end-to-end solutions. 3. Carry out demonstrations or proof of concept exercise to validate recommended products/solutions. 4. Assist the sales team in drafting the technical aspects and bill of material of proposals/RFP S Tenders along with solution diagrams . 5. Responsible for generating business and achieving targets by gauging the correct customer requirement, designing feasible solutions and pitching the appropriate technology as per customer requirement. 6. Identify OEM Make Model based on the technical specifications listed in a tender or RFP. 7. Establish and maintain relations with various teams and members of OEM S and Distributors. 8. Translate complex business requirements into Network solutions. 9. Attend OEM/Distributor trainings events regularly 10. Keep abreast on latest technologies and products in the domain. 11. Update the entire team with information and feedback on market trends, technologies and customer requirements. 12. Appear for OEM certification exams and attain certifications for different products and technologies within the domain(Minimum 1 certification /Month) . 13. Travel within India as and when required. Requirements 1. Experience : 3 to 6 years 2. Qualification: BSc IT, BCA, B.E. IT / CSE , MBA degree and MCSA Certification will be an added advantage. 3. Should have knowledge in server, storage (NAS, SAN, DAS) Purpose Built Backup Appliance. 4. Through knowledge of IOPS, Storage Protocol, RAID, Active directory, backup types, and backup policies. 5. Strong background in Linux/ Unix and/ or windows administration. 6. Should have good knowledge of wide variety of open source technologies. 7. Global certification in Server, Storage Backup of vendors like Dell-EMC, HP, Netapp, Veritas, IBM. 8. Excellent written verbal communication/ presentations skills in English, Hindi is required.Good to have knowledge of regional language. 9. Sound knowledge of Techno commercials aspects for all products of all major OEM S within the domain. 10. Basic understanding of IT system integration for medium and large organizations. 11. Experience of having worked with Indian Government organizations/PSU will be an added advantage.
