Please allow me to introduce FAIRGROWTH, as we are a leading executive search consulting firm founded in 1998. we are reaching out to you, as we currently have an URGENT job opening with one of the Leading Groups into Real Estate for Presales Manager Western Suburbs This role will be responsible for managing Presales includes: Job Summary: Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams. This position would be responsible to lead a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects. Key Competencies: - Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales - Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill - Ability to work under pressure - Team management abilities - Attention to Detail Responsibilities: - Improving lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion - Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members - Monitoring quality of various activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centers - Liaising with the outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit - Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads - Cross-using leads for various projects - Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads - Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations - Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times - Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity. - Carrying ownership for every customer query. - Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.If you are seriously considering a change in enhancing your skills and your career ahead, discuss or advise a suitable time to connect and share your updated resume and CTC.
