Date of approval: 02 24 2022 7. Other details: Activities - # Track SR Adequacy at an account level # Validate the current Qtr priority open SRs and fulfillment plans against it with TM TA team. Also gather guidance impact if unable to fulfill the positions. # Tracking unbilled cases Project unbilled blocked minds pa rked to holding projects) and follow up on billability. Focus on high unbilled cases. # C1 Utilization Tracking # work with PMO and DM DP to track C1 utilization get billing plans. # Proactively Publish assignments ending information to PMOs and DPs to work in staffing extensions in advance and to avoid minds reflecting on deployable pool. # Facilitate and Drive Weekly connect calls with PMOs to get an update on Progress on SR updates, Moving DMs and PMO allocations on Customer projects, Account Receivables, Revenue Risk due to No Contracts, Sub Con Optimization, Flexor updates, NBL Tracking. # Facilitate Weekly connect calls with TM TA team to track fulfillment for top accounts including CBO, CP, DP and Delivery Head and Service Lines # Al locations clean up # Account level DM PMO BAs cost should go to account level and not at an ID level hence track no cost is hitting to the IG Bucket. # Pyramid Optimization # track high ageing minds on the same projects and plan rotations with L-1 r eplacements. # Benchmark and track all margin improvement levers # Involvement in Location Strategy, tracking of DP and DM span. Beyond Bangalore, Return to Work- FOR model strategies for HCARE. # Proactive Training needs # Obligation Tools # to work with Legal team and track Obligations tool where all contract obligations are documented. Expectation is on an ongoing basis track if there are any obligations (like audit, reviews etc) that they need to meet and close the same.
