Salary grade # C5 -TTH Presales As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible pre-sales activities such as driving RFX responses, Account and Competitive Research, Orchestrate Client Visits, Proactive Lead O pportunity identification. You will be responsible for working effectively with multiple groups with in Mindtree # e.g. Service Lines, Finance, Legal, People Function to construct high quality solution and proposal response. You will develop subjec t matter expertise in chosen areas and will lead from the front to develop the solution. You will be the trusted partner to Account Managers and Sales Teams and drive value-based selling, position our differentiators and service offerings and influe nce revenue growth. Role and Responsibilities: # Analyze and Qualify RFP and RFI Requests # Understand the scope of work stated in the RFP, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution # M anage the bid process, drive the proposal solution development process and value proposition, differentiators by working with various teams service lines, delivery teams, finance, legal etc # Author Proposal and RFI Responses # Conduct Account, Comp etition, Industry specific research, understand the customer challenges and map Mindtree value proposition # Work closely with the sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc. # Create capability present ations for various industry sub segments and or technology service offerings # Orchestrate and manage client visits- define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs # Work closely with marketing teams to run specific campaigns for lead generation Required Skills: # Domain industry experience in the TTH industry with good understanding of software development lifecycle # Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience # Excellent presentation skill.
