Responsibilities;
- Define and develop GTM offerings in the Test Automation space
- Be the pre-sales champion, crafting compelling technical solutions and crafting winning responses to RFPs.
- Engage with customers in Pre-sales, proposal development, RFP responses
- Demonstrate Thought Leadership by publishing blogs, articles and conducting webinars
- Build a high-performing data architecture and engineering team
- Work with our Alliance teams to engage with leading vendors/partners and align our solutions
- Put your vast knowledge of modern test automation tools like Selenium, UIPath, Tosca, Cypress, and others to work. Evaluate best-fit solutions for each client\'s unique needs, considering compatibility, scalability, and future-proofing.
- Experience in cloud testing platforms like Saucelabs, BrowserStack, LambdaTests
- Experience using scripting languages (e.g. Python, Ruby).
- Be able to advise/provide thought leadership to clients on approaches to test automation for web, mobile, API, microservices, data management projects
- Immerse yourself in our clients\' testing ecosystem, meticulously analyzing their current tools, processes, and pain points. Identify automation opportunities and build a custom roadmap for driving efficiency and quality.
- Be able to define and implement end-to-end automation strategies with focus on Test Automation, completing maturity assessments, ROI Analysis, creating Test Automation roadmaps, providing tool recommendation and implementation guidance.
- Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable test automation architectures that drive lasting impact. Your blueprints will be the foundation for our clients\' testing transformation.
- Master of modern tools like Selenium, UIPath, etc., crafting tailored solutions.
- Skilled in winning RFPs and engaging clients pre-sales.
- Crafting end-to-end strategies with ROI analysis.
- Industry influencer through blogs, articles, and webinars
- Proficient in Python, Ruby, etc., for framework enhancement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Designing scalable test automation architectures.
- Advising clients on automation strategies
