The Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) Team within Corporate and Investment Bank serves multiple internal and external clients in providing change services such as Business Analysis, Minimum Viable Product Assessment, Reference Data Strategy definition and implementation, Process assessment and re-engineering, Automation, Implementation support, Test strategy and delivery. Role Description

CPCS is currently looking for an experienced automation engineer to join the organization and play an integral role in the build out of the test automation services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will work in partnership with project managers, technology, and testing teams to define, design and build test automation. We are looking to setup a high performing automation engineer who can delivers test automation independently.

Qualification:

• Post Graduate/ MBA / Bachelor degree
• 10+ years of development experience in automation
• UiPath certification (UiARD) on latest version of UiPath; preferably 2019.10.4 and above
• Test Automation experience is must
• Test Management exposure is desired
• Able to write VB & Java scripting and Python / JAVA code
• Exposure to HTML5, AngularJS and/or ReactJS UI is added advantage
• Exposure to test environment management, release management practices, lean test strategies
• Understanding of technical architecture is a plus
• Domain expertise in global trade financing is preferable.
• Experience in financial services is a must for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working proficiency of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

The successful candidate will join a team focused on change delivery across products, help deliver test automation required for accelerating change program delivery. The role will require working with stakeholders across the Wholesale Payments business, looking to leverage best practice across the industry and other J.P. Morgan business units.
