Responsibilities:This role has following responsibilities : - Local market knowledge.- Go to Market Sales Model - Leading /coaching teams through transformation with Account Planning/Opportunity Identification, Business Relevant / Customer Value Selling and Business Disciplines.- Financial Performance - Exceeding booking goals (by geography, products, and services), profitability, and maintaining forecast accuracy; providing in depth knowledge into numbers (customer insights, macro/micro trends, consumption models)- Team Development - Developing and retaining high performance Account Team talent (career development, coaching, performance management and hiring).- Building a Winning Capability and Leading Change - Strategically leading and influencing his own team along with an integrated cross-functional teams, Services, Operation, Finance, Marketing, and others.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in business or any other field- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)- At least 5+ years sales experience in Freight Forwarding- Existing customer base of Freight Forwarders/CHAs- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills- Strong customer focus and analytical skills (ref:updazz.com)
