Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Process : Ensure Client agreed SLAs and metrics are met at the right accuracy levels. Provide functional support and direction to direct reportees on delivery Course Correction ( Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, Client feedback & business strategy / goals) To assist the Management in start-up of new projects & advise the management to explore on the new business opportunities Identify automation opportunities to impact efficiency & delivery quality Ensure systems development integration with strategy Educate & drive adherence to Compliance policies & initiatives across the functions managed Enforce & support on PHI & HIPAA compliance across the org under self Update & keep abreast on the regulations, statutory changes & any other such client market mandates /changes impacting business ( IKS/ Client) Twice monthly minimum detailed 120-149, 150, 365 review provide back findings on analysis of accounts and needs along with Monthly ATB summary by FC / Clinic Client specific issues communicated in first month. Escalate in 2 weeks. Process to get additional assistance if unresolved at day 60 from identification. Unidentified account standing monthly & ongoing training of PP for any unresolved after 30 days Special Project over-site as applicable Auditing outcome & training feedback confirmation Deliver True Productivity Metric defined for function managed Schedule time and level with direct reports Q&A newsletter, \'TIPS\' additions from you Monthly team \'huddle\' with structured, agenda at least month - include sharing positives and opportunities and specific target goals for coming months (next in line are clear on how to implement, monitor, result - monitor weekly by Revenue Leader) People : Lead by example & develop a congenial, productive work environment & high employee satisfaction for the Org, to be the employer of choice. Be able to lead your own teams / people effectively & persuade them to strive for & achieve ongoing excellence & improvement across roles. Identify, Coach & Build succession plans for individuals basis their strengths & interests. Help prepare a roadmap and external interventions (training) required for them. Need to achieve this within the framework of the Company policy. Maintain High levels of employee Retention & Satisfaction for the aligned process Live and promote the values of IKS Help manage high level of team performance through a culture of continual feedback, coaching and learning Coach & build successor\'s basis their strength & interests Client : Work in integration with client services to support market leaders from any delivery /CSAT related opportunities / problems while leveraging them to work on revenue growth leads assessed / identified in the account managed Ensure clients/customers satisfaction through: Efficient Project Implementations Engage & build working relationship with clients to enhance delivery 100% client engagement through structured governance and reporting Proactively identifying issues that impact delivery and business through course correction. Manage Client behavior that impacts profit or success Collaboration on CSAT/NPS Review and align revenue for the next 6 months, compare revenue against budget Review and align on margin, compare margin against budget Review and align on account performance looking at CSAT and customer success metrics Review and align on any opportunity we are pursuing or hoping to create-From those discussions - highlight actions and plans, with owners and dates, to address any shortfalls in the respective areas. Internal QBR Financial : Forecast IKS Revenue, Costs and Headcount for signed Statement Of Work (SOWs) Provide annual budgets for signed SOWs Efficiently Manage the P&L (aspects defined as per KPI / KRA on Revenues & Operating Efficiency) for the customers assigned Collaborate with the leaders and sign off any out of contract discounts or incentive conversations during the term of the statement Of Work (only if needed) Support the leader on achieving revenue and growth budgets Own achieving profitability targets for account (up to Gross Margins%) Ensure timely preparation and validation of monthly invoice Manage the contract Define & Develop initiatives for cost optimization & work allocation (quarterly). Review progress & appropriate course correction with reporting leader Qualifications: Any medical degree MBBS,BHMS,BUMS,BAMS,BPT is mandatory A postgraduate degree such as MPH, MHA, MBA would be preferred Six Sigma and Project management Certificate will be desirable (All relevant medical degrees)
