Job description: MBSE specialist for tool and method maintenance and support To support our strategic projects in the field of hybridization, electrification and digitization we are looking for you as an expert in tools and methods for Model based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will contribute to the development and revision of processes, methods and tools, as part of the technical systems engineering process. One of your main tasks will be to support and consult our system, SW and HW engineers in using the MBSE framework and to train them how to apply the methods and tools to systematically derive requirements as well as the architectures for the target system. You are part of an agile development team that supports our customer projects worldwide. Your tasks: Clarification and elaboration of the requirements of our internal users and stakeholders Consulting, support and training on the MBSE framework for our users and customer projects worldwide Contribution to the method, tool and workflow development as a basis for continuous improvement of workflows Modeling of the system architecture based on architecture design methods and tools Your qualifications: BE/BTech in the field of computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable field of study Experience in the field of systems engineering, architecture modeling and requirements engineering Experience with Mathworks modeling tools (SystemComposer, Simulink) Knowledge in the field of SysML, UML advantageous Knowledge in the field of AUTOSAR, AUTOSAR Adaptive and Service Oriented Architectures advantageous Very good analytical skills (e.g. ability to abstract and simplify complex relationships) Fluent English spoken and written Result orientation and passion Structured way of working ability to communicate and work in a team Our offer: Challenging tasks and opportunities to help shape the mobile future Self-determined cooperation in a committed and agile team Performance-based remuneration and company pension scheme Individual development and further training opportunities Individual working time models Promoting work-life balance Promoting lobal cooperation and intercultural understanding
