We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager

HSBC Global Trade Finance Receivable is the leading Trade bank in the world. We are looking for a \xe2\x80\x98hands on\xe2\x80\x99 IT Project Manager to help us manage our growing teams and workload. This individual will be reporting to the Senior IT Program Manager. The IT Project Manager is seasoned in project management with strong organizational change, communication skills, and experienced within digital transformation and global technology. This role requires a candidate who is strong at building relationships across functions to align strategies and drive execution. This person will be a problem solver with an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution.
The IT Project Manager is responsible to drive and delivery the required products for the organization

by working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions, teams, vendors and subsidiaries. Specific tasks on each project will include developing project plans and schedules, managing and prioritizing tasks and teams, identifying and resolving project management issues and communicating status. The IT Project Manager will be proactive in managing issues, risks and follow change management. It is essential that the IT Project Manager understands the scope and effect of all new or upgraded processes, solicits input from all constituents, and involves all appropriate teams. Project Management works closely with every key stakeholder of the program and with every part of the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and Deliver SSP / Evergreening Projects end to end, provide necessary input to line manager/PMO for the annual budget process
• Own and drive the complete finance from budgeting / forecasting / expenditure along with persistent tracking on same
• Sound knowledge on Infra Compliance and IAM Audits, Works closely with App Support/Dev teams.
• Participate in project planning to establish key milestones and effort estimates.
• Technical Documentation - responsible for pulling together all relevant documentation needed to support IT teams to manage the system in production.
• Manage all the phases of the overall infrastructure delivery during project.i.e. Environment Build, Application specific configs, Project support , OAT , DR etc..
• Deliver operational excellence; with the ability to anticipate potential issues and dependencies, highlight project risks.
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 12+ years of Project/Delivery management / Infra Production experience working with offshore or nearshore teams. 10+ years of experience supporting clients and client expectation management
• 13+ years of infrastructure systems, Infrastructure projects, network and ITIL process design and implementation or Windows Administration as Lead / Prod Support
• Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.
• Excellent understanding of Finance and good with numbers, Project management related qualification such as PMP or Prince2
• Financial Analysis; Project Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Extensive experience in an IT leadership role in a development or operations environment, with in-depth specialization in project delivery and management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
