Job Summary

For Internal Profiles: 1. Hands on Experience about TechM internal processes and tools. 2. Experience in Resource Management (Resource allocations & releases, RUS, TS task creation & allocation, Eco utilization) 3. Experience in resource fulfillment (External hiring, Onboarding/ Offboarding, having knowledge on type of SO\xc2\xbfs) 4. Experience in handling end to end activities of subcon and vendors 5. Experience in Finance Management (Revenue forecast & accruals, Billing, Cost provisions, SPROC, Review of SR, GL & PNL) 6. Experience in Project & Contract creation along with effort estimations. Handling POC contracts 7. Managing & Analyzing Overrun & excess efforts to optimize resource utilization 8. Vendor Management (sub con TS & payment) related issues 9. Monthly Invoicing and Accruals to maintain account level EBIDTA 10. Publishing reports on Resource Utilization, monthly revenue, etc. 11. Facilitating Internal Quality Audits QMR, Internal and external audits as applicable and Metrics For External Profiles: 12. Having very strong MS Office skills. Writing macros in excel. 13. Experience in Resource Management (Resource allocations & releases, RUS, TS task creation & allocation, Eco utilization) 14. Experience in resource fulfillment (Onboarding) 15. Experience in handling end to end activities of subcon and vendors 16. Experience in Finance Management (Billing, Cost provisions, vendor payments, end to end analysis and control on PNL) 17. Monthly reporting of Invoicing and Accruals against forecast 18. Publishing reports as per defined SLA\xc2\xbfs 19. Facilitating Internal Quality Audits QMR, Internal and external audits as applicable and Metics
