Job Summary
As a PMO of India GTM COE, you will be responsible to drive or support programs or projects within COE or Worldwide by leveraging skills and experience in Project Management, Six Sigma, Operational and Change management to support the strategic direction of the business.
Job Requirements

• Drive different projects for India COE, manage timelines and share weekly updates with the management.
• Liaise with India COE managers for cross-functional projects update.
• Manage the planning and execution of different projects.
• Lead complex projects and programs independently by integrating change management activities and risk assessments into project plan.
• Drive Program or Project status and review meetings and communicate project's development with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Drive simplicity by leveraging the six sigma principles.
• Build strong relationship with the Business and Process Owners / Managers and be their trusted partner for effective collaboration.
• Create status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage the planning and execution of different projects.

• Certification in Project Management
• Six Sigma black belt certified.
• Master's degree in Management

• 12+ years of relevant experience in program /project management and six sigma.
• Experience in driving projects independently and collaborating with global stakeholders to define, develop and prioritize projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and good understanding on SharePoint management and controls
• Good planning, time-management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Experience in driving projects independently and collaborating with global stakeholders to define, develop and prioritize projects.
