Objective: * Ensure the preparation of Factory reports and presentation of data to client andstakeholders via scheduled review meetings. Responsibilities: * Creation of dashboards and generation of reports from JIRA & Conflue
Objective: Ensure the preparation of Factory reports and presentation of data to client andstakeholders via scheduled review meetings. Responsibilities: Creation of dashboards and generation of reports from JIRA & Confluence pages. Publishing velocity matrix and defects analysis report to required stakeholders Preparing SLA reports Ability to work under own initiative and tight guidelines. Skills Experience: Detailed knowledge of Atlassian Jira and ability to create Jira Dashboards, including advanced JIRA skills plug-ins Excellent self-starter, proactive and creative in identifying reporting solutions to meet business needs Good oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders within Customers and vendor partners. Good understanding of resourcing functions including talent acquisition. Collaboration skills, Good knowledge on MS tools Ability to facilitate calls Good comm skills 5-7 yrs of experience working in IT in PMO Knowledge of Project Management.
