Job Description
:
Project Management Activities for E&I package of Project like Planning & Monitoring Schedule of ordering & Delivery, Co ordination with Client for document & Vendor approval & getting MDCC, Managing Reports & Documentation, Monitoring Progress, Vendor Development, Visiting vendor works as & when required, Expediting with vendor to ensure timely manufacturing & supply. BBU inputs to Contract department, Co ordination with other stake holders like procurement, logistic, Engineering, Quality, Contracts to ensure timely ordering, manufacturing & dispatch, Cost Estimates & Cost analysis for packages, Budget Analysis, PR preparation & GRN in SAP, Site Co ordination, timely resolution of issues arisen during site execution, MDCC Issue, Arranging Vendor visits to site for erection & commissioning of related packages, Site Visits for resolution of execution issues.
Other Than Ghatampur project, person will also look after Buxar & Khurja Project activities.
