Minimum Qualification
B.TECH/B.E

• Must have knowledge of overall Project Management Life cycle
• Must have good communication skills
• Will be responsible for Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Reporting of the Project Status
• Ensure timely completion of procurement activities as per the project requirements, such as:
  • Prepare and issue RFQ to Suppliers and expedite receipt of Supplier\xe2\x80\x99s offer.
  • Co-ordinate with Engineering, Quality & Inspection for receipt of TQ/TBA and replies for the same from Supplier.
  • Evaluation of offers and preparation of Commercial Bid Analysis (CBA) and support in conducting negotiations.
  • Issue of LOI/PO.
  • Plan and Conduct Kick-off Meeting with Suppliers.
  • Follow-up with Supplier for deliverables.
  • Co-ordinate with Engineering for review and approval of documents.
  • Liaise with supplier for delivery of material to project site.
  • Obtain final documentation from Suppliers for Purchase-Order close-out.
• Internal Operational Requirements:
  • Commercial evaluation of vendors and negotiations
  • Controlling vendor documents, wherever required
• Must have knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation equipment such as Transmitters, DCS, PLC, Analyzers, HT motors, LT motors, MCC modules, etc. used in Power Plant operations.
• Person will be responsible for overall E&I Project Management for SJVN Buxar Project and parallelly look after for closing of Malwa and Khargone projects.
