Job description of Automation Anchor: Role: Automation Consultant Competency: C4-C6 Experience: 7-15 years Location: Bangalore Key responsibilities: 1. Should have worked on multiple projects end-end involving all the phases of SDLC or worked on a AMS engagement managing production applications or should have managed Production Infrastructure 2. Understand automation methodology and work with project team to a. Evaluate and identify the automation possibilities b. Assess the needs to achieve the necessary automation namely, tools, technologies and skills c. Develop an execution plan and arrive at a schedule d. Drive the implementation e. Monitor the progress f. Track the identified metrics 3. Create a business case for automation, by articulating the ROI 4. Is expected to develop his/her personal skills around automation and automation related technologies 5. Collaborate and engage with the COE teams, formulating the support required from them and facilitating the interactions with the project teams clearly defining the outcome of the engagement 6. As needed for the engagement perform research, collect data and conduct surveys 7. Should possess excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills and should be articulate , do readouts with senior management.
