scrum master Experience: Should have a total of 8-12 years of experience in IT field, in which 2-3 year must be on strong, hands experience in leading the project teams in the role of Scrum Master PM in development of Digital Marketing Applicatio ns on different Technologies. Qualifications: Any professional degree with relevant certifications in Scrum Master, Project Management and eCommerce Responsibilities: The ScrumMaster identifies obstacles and tries to deliver possible of impedime nts. S he protect Scrum Team from external interruption and intervention. S he support and help Product Owner to analyze and understand business requirement, helps in writing user story, in project backlog grooming, in writing user stories. The scru m master is the team role responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. The responsibilities of this role include: Clearing obstacles. Establishing an environment where the team can be effective. Main Duties & Responsibilities Ability to lead any Projects with a size of 10-15 team members successfully to deliver the projects as per agreement with client. A good understanding of Digital Marketing domain and latest technology trends in Digital Marketing is needed. He She will : Support product owners throughout product development. Lead Scrum meetings and provide team support during sprint planning and execution. Provide coaching to agile tea ms. Ensure agile principles are followed. Assist teams with prioritizing and managing of sprint backlog to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Help teams deal with any barriers to successful delivery. Identify and document business and proje ct requirements, plans, and progress. Determine, document, and manage the scope of a project, tasks, milestones, timelines, the budget, and resources. Lead and mentor project teams. Determine and assign tasks and priorities. Allocate, monitor, and ma nage project resources. Set, monitor, and manage project timelines. Manage project quality parameters. Develop strategies for managing risks, as well as risk tracking. Manage all stakeholders and their expectations. Communicate task, milestone, and p.
