PLM Support Consultant
3DExperience, CATIA V5, ENOVIA VPM Performance & Functional Testing
5 -7 Years
Mandatory skills \xe2\x80\x93 we need someone who can handle 3DExperince (Catia/Enovia) L1/L2/L3 support tickets.3DExperience, CATIA V5, ENOVIA VPM Performance & Functional Testing.
Address the incidents received in Service Now/ helpdesk for L2 Resolver Group respecting the defined SLA.
Evaluate & respond to query and access request sent through mail.
Defect creation, follow-up, testing and tracking for closure.
Knowledge article creation and update.
Performing NRT Test using Test scripts and Functional Test on data model Customization.
Publishing KPI\'s in Accessibility work which includes REACT Requests & Incidents for every month for FINISHED status only Perform functional tests on the tool during MIP(Move into production) , defect closer, Hotfix etc Highlight any abnormalities, defect found in tools with team.
Tool performance related monitoring activities.
Impact analysis on tool\'s in scope due to any downstream dependencies.
