Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high-net-worth household clients.

  • Offer personalized banking solutions, including wealth management, investment advice, and tailored financial products.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by promptly addressing queries and providing timely support.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the household segment.
