- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth households for liabilities and commercial assets.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client engagement.
- Educate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
- Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events .
- Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
