Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Development and monitoring of implementation of efficient

Material handling systems.

• Monitoring production plan & timely dispatch.
• Liaison with the existing customers for his / her plant to ensure

& Monitor customer satisfaction.

• Ensuring prompt handling of customer complaint and follow

through.

• Ensuring implementation and sustenance of the quality

Management systems and 5S across the company.

• Monitoring implementation of corrective & preventive actions

Across the company.

• Ensuring implementation of kaizen and quality circle activities

across the organization; monitoring its progress.

• Monitoring and analyzing the progress of the objectives set for

his / her plant; making report along with action plan

Whenever it not being met.

• Monitoring of all the activities which ensure progress of

Organization towards being candidate for not just

Excellence award but being world class organization.

• Keeping the head operations and CEO abreast with the daily

Progress of the plant.

• Ensuring timely progress of all new projects as per scheduled

timeline ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Monitoring proper completion and storing of documents

pertaining to excise, sales & other statutory / legal areas

• Monitoring of leaves across the company and regulating the

leaves to prevent any disruption in the operations of the

company.

• Ensuring other systems like ERP functioning properly and

efficiently.

• To handle labor force, assist HR in maintaining & handling

grievances well & in time efficiently; to help

management run the organization & its system smoothly

& productively

• Ensuring healthy productive constructively competitive working

environment of his / her plant, maintaining statutory

compliance.

• Daily MIS to the CEO
• CFT member
• APQP member
• Monitoring and delegation of the work ensuring proper functioning & maintenance of facilities & its resources including generator, computers hardware & software, garden, etc.
• Approval of despatch documents.
• Approval of leaves of his immediate sub-ordinates and also leaves of other departments their staff / workers in absence of their respective heads.
• Approval of finances for any procurement by the departments upto certain cash limit stated by the CEO.
• Approval of the certain legal statutory documents as permitted by the company.
• Approval of the production plan in case of absence of the production in charge.
• Authorization of the any of the capacity planning and overtime planning in absence of the production in charge.
• For smooth and efficient running of the plant ensuring profitability of the company
• For maintaining the quality of the processes, products and services ensuring customer satisfaction
• For creating harmonious work environment fostering creativity, team spirit, loyalty, progressive & constructive competitiveness
• To assist CEO in building brand image of the group as a world class organization

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Diploma / Degree mechanical engineer
• 20 yrs experience in administration in a sheet metal / process industry preferably 7-8 yrs in automotive industry
• 5-7 yrs experience as production manager in process industry
• Ability to read drawings, interpret them and make quotation of the same
• Knowledge of presses, press tools / dies, excise, PF & other statutory requirements
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Capability of handling varied types of workforce
• Knowledge of computers
• Should have problem solving and analytical skills
• Dynamic, bold, proactive, calculative risk taker, progressive, can do attitude, firm along with stable, calm, sensible & eloquent with listening skills.
