COMPETENCE LEVEL:

Diploma mechanical engineer

10-12 yrs experience in administration in a sheet metal / process industry preferably 7-8 yrs in automotive industry

5-11 yrs experience as production manager in process industry

Ability to read drawings, interpret them and make quotation of the same

Knowledge of presses, press tools / dies, excise, PF & other statutory requirements

Knowledge of quality management systems

Capability of handling varied types of workforce

Knowledge of computers

Should have problem solving and analytical skills

Dynamic, bold, proactive, calculative risk taker, progressive, \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, firm along with stable, calm, sensible & eloquent with listening skills

& Monitor customer satisfaction.

Management systems and 5S across the company.


\xc3\x98 Monitoring implementation of corrective & preventive actions

Across the company.
