Position : Plant head Reporting to : Operation head Subordinates : Production Manager, Quality Manager, Purchase Manager, Maintenance Manager. Gender : Male preferred. (MUST BE 5S CERTIFIED)Salary : 9 TO 12 LPA. Experience : Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience in 30 cr and above turnover company only need to apply. (MUST BE 5S CERTIFIED).Education : BE/BTECH production/Mechanincal/B.sc/M.SC Polymer.Job Locaion : Waluj Aurangabad MaharashtraRoles and Responsibilities1. Production: A) Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production to ensure on time delivery.B) Liase with customers for understanding requirements, delivery schedules etc.C) Ensure optimum manpower utilization.D) Collect data, analyze data for production wastages, improvements etc.E) Shop floor training to workers to improve efficiency and morale.F) 5S implementation on shop floor.2. Quality: A) Oversee quality dept. working.B) Ensure rejection levels as per targets.C) Action plan for high rejection level items.D) Check quality inspection reports and action them.3. Purchase: A) Ensure ordering system as per requirement only.B) Ensure availability to material on time to shop floor.C) Oversee working of purchase department.4. Maintenance: A) Ensure preventive maintenance as per schedule.B) Breakdown maintenance to be minimized, analysis to be completed.5.
