Job Overview

We are looking for a senior professional for Plant Head - Manufacturing profile at out client place based at Gurgaon with Competitive salary range. This is a full time position based at Gurgaon, Haryana.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the precision products manufacturing plant
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
• Monitor and evaluate plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
• Manage and train a team of production staff, setting performance targets and providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for production
• Maintain inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare reports and present data to senior management regarding plant performance and key metrics

• Proven experience as a Plant Head or similar managerial role in precision products manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and quality standards
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Sound understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
