Plant CEO - Manufacturing (Steel) Chennai-10+ years
Location - Chennai
Looking out for a strategic operations leader with at least 10 years of professional experience managing the day-to-day operations of the TMT manufacturing plant while also identifying avenues for operational cost optimization and business growth for the unit.

Responsibilities -
- Providing strategic, operational and financial leadership and developing strategies with a view on long-term business growth.
- Organizing resources and systems to realize the vision for the plant.
- Achieving sustained profitable growth for the plant.
- Increasing the production capacity of the plant.
- Managing the procurement as well as ensuring the smooth daily operations of the plant.
- Managing the on-time product dispatch.
Requirements -
- B.Tech + MBA with at least 10 years of professional experience in iron or steel manufacturing.
- Plant operations experience is a must.
- Strategic persona to identify initiatives to achieve cost efficiency for the unit.
- Excellent communication skills.
