Plant Chief Executive Officer - Steel Manufacturing - Chandrapur - 10+ years

Location: Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Summary: Looking out for a strategic operations leader with at least 10 years of professional experience managing the day-to-day operations of the Steel manufacturing plant based on induction furnaces while also identifying avenues for operational cost optimization and business growth for the unit. Should have professional experience in Iron or steel, chemical, pharma, paints etc. manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety and Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and enhance overall efficiency.

2. Providing strategic, operational and financial leadership and developing strategies with a view on long-term business growth.

3. Organizing resources and systems to realize the vision for the plant.

4. Achieving sustained profitable growth for the plant.

5. Increasing the production capacity of the plant.

6. Managing the procurement as well as ensuring the smooth daily operations of the plant.

7. Managing the on-time product dispatch.

Requirements:

1. B.Tech + MBA with at least 10 years of professional experience in Iron or steel, chemical, pharma, paints etc. manufacturing plants.

2. Plant operations experience is a must.

3. Strategic persona to identify initiatives to achieve cost efficiency for the unit.

4. Excellent communications skill.
