Job Description

1) Responsible for Project Planning, Scheduling for High Speed Rail Project
r 2) Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
r 3) Supervising Projects including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors
r 4) Attending meetings and competently communicating with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders
r 5) Reviewing outline project management plans demonstrating proposed management systems, methods, procedures, processes, organization and the sequence of activities required to meet the key dates and project completion
r 6) Reviewing of detailed works programme depicting the order of activities, including planned completion of stage wise of overall system completion prepared in Primavera
r 7) Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification
r 8) Preparing of procurement schedule, monthly updating of the same, including delay reasoning and actions to overcome the problems faced regarding the same
r 9) Preparation of Various report Such as Daily,Weekly,Monthly
