Roles and Responsibilities Functional/Technical (Core activities): 1. Study of drawing, project documents to identify requirements of products and services for execution. 2. Good Technical knowledge in Hydraulics / Mechanical assemblies / Electronics 3. Identifying & conceptualizing Jigs and fixtures, preparing assembly procedures, mapping kits - for AIT activities. 4. Making Plan & Uploading of project schedule via project scheduling tool/software (MS project). 5. Coordination for timely availability of fullkits to the shop. 6. Monitoring and control of ECTC for project. 7. Capturing learnings and Knowledge management during project execution 8. Coordination for resolution of Deviations observed in AIT activities. 9. Implementation of new innovative ideas to improve defined parameter. Competencies /Skills Required: Functional/Technical (Core): 1. Decision Making based on calculated risk 2. Knowledge of Assembly Integration Testing 3. ERP Sessions 4. Project Scheduling Tools like MS Project, Concerto, etc. 5. Cash Flow and Cost Management
