Job description-Inside sales Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday will be working, weekoff will be on a weekday)

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build things from scratch

- Work from the office (Gurgaon)

- Should be an excellent communicator

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

- Hand Holding Teachers during the \'On The Job Training\' period

- Training the teachers on effectively using the platform to conduct demos

- Train teachers to effectively build rapport/ connect with the parents during slot confirmation call

- Drive demo acceptance and demo conduction through the teachers

- Manage a team of account managers to effectively drive the input and output metrics

- Ensure proper support to the teachers

- Ensure minimal teacher drop over the course for \'One The Job Training\'
