We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.

In this role, you will:

• This is requirement for production support role.
• Candidate will be primarily responsible to provide L2/L3 support for a critical finance application.
• Needs to understand and maintain complex systems.
• Should have good technical understanding and problem solving skills.
• Candidate should ensure the resolution within defined SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and adhere to client or project specific quality and documentation standards as part of project execution.
• Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Requirements

Qualifications - External

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in PL/SQL
• Experience on Unix platform.
• Knowledge on shell scripting
• Experience of working in production support role.
• Knowledge of ITIL( Incident, Problem and Change management)
• Experience on scheduling tool preferably Control .m
• Ready to work in 24 x 7 environment as per Business/Project requirements
• Need to work in the UK Shift, weekend /on-call support.
