• Able to guide the patient about specific health conditions.
• Formulate the exercise plan for users.
• Follow up with the users and update the exercise & rehabilitation plans.
• Assist users with lifestyle modifications.
• Building a positive user engagement.
• Understanding the user\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requirements therefore being able to pitch the apt plan for the user.
• Prospecting the users for a premium plan for our healthcare app.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be a team player and build a good relationship with users.
• Actively engage participants through telephone and in-app chat and video call.
• Hand-on experience with telerehabilitation would be a plus.
• Making assessments of patients\' physical conditions.
• Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
• Conducting complex mobilisation techniques.
• Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
• Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
• Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
• Planning and organising physiotherapy and fitness programs.
• Evaluate patients to determine whether physiotherapy interventions are necessary.
• Assess patients in accordance with the professional practice guidelines and standards.
• Treat patients with movement disorders that were acquired through injury or have been present since birth.
• Regularly measure patient progress by looking for signs of decreased stiffness, pain, and discomfort.
• Refer patients to other specialists for massages, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, or other specialized treatments.
• Recommend new tools and equipment to assist patients with regular exercise.
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients\' progress.
• Record and document patient care services.
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
