Designation/Role: Marketing Associate / Lead

Location: Indore , Chandigarh , Varanasi , Siliguri
Mode of Working: Work from Office - 6 days/week
Experience: 1+ years

• Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B Ed-Tech / Schools / Institution sales.
• Startup experience preferred, Edtech work experience is a bonus

Educational Qualification: Degree in Marketing or relevant field

Skill Sets:

• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing professional preferably in EdTech
• Hands-on experience in B2B sales across schools / institutions
• Excellent liaisoning skills
• Must be a team player and possess robust communication skills
• Knowledge of online/offline marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality
• Analytical and multitasking skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establishing a connection with channel partner: set-up and oversee the closure of sales and look after business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Travel extensively across India for purpose of school meets and sales closures
• Should have previous sales and marketing experience across the Ed-Tech space and possess a strong grip on B2B sales channel
• Performing research on audience preferences and current trends
• Designing and implementing a marketing strategy to align with business goals
• Setting specific targets and reporting on school conversions
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos)
• Monitor social metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like operations, admin and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee marketing collaterals designs
