We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Digital Marketing Associate to paramount OurEye's Success. You will be responsible for designing & implementing innovative & impactful social media strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase engagement across various social mediaYou will manage the paid media channels in order to find new audiences through paid and organic lead generation programs. You will also maintain best practices in SEO strategy through link building, page structure and content optimization.Qualifications to apply:

Responsibilities:

• Formulating high quality is written and visual content for different social media and sharing this on a regular basis

• Collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure brand consistency

• Liaising with agencies to optimize paid media campaigns

• Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance

• Take risks, think outside the box to drive brand awareness across multiple cities

• Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis

• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Preferred Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing/Communications/Mass Media OR just marketing knowledge through experience

• You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of how to leverage different social media.

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.- B2B / B2C / SaaS

• Experience in building something and owning the outcome

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Prior experience in social/digital agency, content production (copywriting, photography, graphic design, videography) will be a plus.

• You are highly adaptable and a good team player.
