Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

The position is part of the logistics team for Bosch powertrain systems manufacturing plant in Jaipur. The primary focus of this role is to lead physical logistics activities including internal and external warehouses, Transportation, internal deliveries for the value stream etc.

Scope of Role and key activities:

• Drive operational and functional excellence for warehousing & transportation activities for Jaipur location operations. Responsible for the performance of the Warehouse KPI which includes but not limited to Inventory Accuracy, FIFO, Ontime Line Supply, Goods Receiving performance and warehouse productivity targets.
• Responsible for conceptualization and execution of digital initiatives in plant logistics.
• Drive "On Time" implementation of I4.0 Projects & Digital Initiatives derived internally in the plant or standard solutions defined at business division level.
• Project Management - Cost savings & continuous improvement projects.
• Analyzing the freight cost and recommend improvement/initiatives to drive cost efficiency.
• Logistics providers contract planning and Performance management.
• Logistics reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech + MBA (Preferable).
