Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Security Operations Centre

Any Graduate

Up to 30 years

Experience :
Minimum 2-8 years’ experience in information security
Experience in ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 preferred.
Preferred Certifications – CEH, CISA, CISSP
Hands on Knowledge of Security Operation Center Operation Preferred
Hands on knowledge of Firewall, internet proxy, Anti-virus, SIEM, WAF, DDOS
Knowledge of National (e.g., IT Act) / International Laws / Regulations (e.g., GDPR/ Data Privacy Law) / Standards (e.g. NIST) related to Information Security.
Team handling
Good inter-personal and communication skills.

Lead and manage the Security Operations Center
Primarily responsible for security event monitoring, management, and response
Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring
Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
Responsible for team & vendor management
Management, administration & maintenance of security devices
Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring
Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM
Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Management.
Co-ordination with stakeholders in case of escalations
Identify & implement Best Security Practices.
