The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and developing and implementing marketing strategies for our Generic & OTC products, including condoms, pregnancy kits, and other related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our OTC products that are aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Create and manage marketing budgets
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve marketing efforts
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the OTC & Generic space is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
