Job Description
:
Job Purpose:
Collecting and compiling of data from all Project sites for preparation of various cost reports . Coordinate With CFD for allocation of budget and Co-ordinate with site for booking of Orders in appropriate WBS (Capex, Upgradation projects & WHRS)
:
1. .To assist in Budget Allocation, Reallocation Monitoring & Controlling for green field and brown field projects of Integrated Plants, Grinding Units and Bulk Terminals.
2.To prepare the MIS of ;
- Project Cost Report of all the Projects.
- Steel Report of all the Projects.
- Capitalization Statement of all the Projects.
- HO allocation statement for Project Department and D&D.
3. To coordinate with Project site team to obtain PR for all supply and service and Erection orders in order to release POs to vendors in SAP
4. Monitoring Project Budget Vs. Actual Spent
