Experience: 1 - 2 years Package: \xe2\x82\xb9 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram Preference: Male / Female Roles and Responsibilities 1). Personality Development Trainer 2). Able to handel 25-30 students in 1 class. 3). Ability to act as a Personality Development Trainer 4). Perform other duties as assigned 5). Must have ability to convince students in training. 6). Handling students all queries regarding course. 7). Preparing new courses via proper analysis. 8). Past experience of handling students as Personality Development Trainer. 9). Scheduling students batch & allotment of trainers to students. 10).Politely following to students for their dues Desired Candidate Profile 1- Proven inside Personality Development Trainer experience 2- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask 3- Excellent verbal and written communications skills 4-Excellent documenting skills using, MS word, Excel, G sheet, Email etc. 5- Gurgaon location candidates preferred. 6-Prepring Daily class planner. 7-Prepring weekly test. 8-Having intrapersonal skills to engage students in training 9-Able to handle 25-30 students batch by face to face.
