Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personality Development Trainer. The Personality Development Trainer will conduct training sessions, research current trends and best practices, create written materials, manage social media presence, and provide client feedback. The role is primarily in Delhi, Haryana, Surat, and Mumbai located Schools , Preferred Candidates must have some connections with school chains. Qualifications Personality Development and Training Skills. Experience in conducting research and writing. Understands social media trends and how to manage social media presence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field. Previous experience as a Personality Development Trainer is preferred. Certifications in training and Personality Development are a plus.
