Position: Personal Secretary & Executive Assistant Reporting to the Business Head Day to Day Calendar management, Scheduling Of meetings, Travel scheduling for business head will be a part of the role Daily Interaction with all functional heads and vendors having reporting relationship with business head Ability to follow up on Daily tasks with Functional heads and update on closure status Participate in all the Business and Board Meetings and prepare elaborate Minutes of the Meeting. Send proposal, MOM emails and take their conformation Ability to work Independent without Hand Holding with comprehension of the role assigned Responsible for communication both Internal and External. Desired Candidate Profile must be a person exposed to both Secretarial and Admin functions. Should be a self-starter and with excellent presentation skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be well versed in emails, MS office with good proficiency in EXCEL. A team player mature confident and Bold in handling routine affairs and other Time Line based challenges. Must be diplomatic with and must be able to work in a demanding situation.
