Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Play Store ads, and more. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Play Store ads, social media ads, and display ads
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve results
• Create and manage AdWords campaigns, keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and budget pacing
• Develop and implement Play Store advertising strategies including creating ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and testing
• Conduct market research and keyword analysis to identify new advertising opportunities
• Continuously analyze metrics and work towards meeting KPI goals related to ROI, CPA, etc.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and sales teams to maximize performance marketing results

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience managing paid advertising campaigns, specifically Google Ads and Play Store ads
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of online marketing concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and digital marketing tools
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
