We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and revenue. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving performance metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies, and a passion for driving business results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, develop landing pages, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and implement changes to improve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and use data to make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and suggest new strategies to improve performance and results.
  • Create and manage budgets and track spending to ensure campaigns are on target.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creative and landing pages that convert.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance using interactive dashboards and visuals.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance, budget, and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.
  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization, using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across different channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing innovative campaign ideas and solutions.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus, as is experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
